My grandmother used to make this pie for me when I was a girl. Now, I make it for my kids.
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can cherry pie filling
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
prepared graham cracker crust
Soften cream cheese. Whip it, add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into a graham cracker crust, leaving an indention in the center. Spread cherries over the entire top. Chill.
