1 dozen tortillas cut in bites
2 cups cooked chicken (1 fryer)
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of rotel tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Layer tortillas and chicken in a large, greased casserole dish. Combine 1/2 of the cheese with the remaining ingredients. Pour over the casserole and spread remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes (until bubbling around edges).
