No Crust Quiche

4 small cans diced green chilis
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. shredded monterey jack
1 lb. shredded cheddar
1 dozen eggs

Spread green chilis in bottom of 9 by 13 pan. Fry bacon and crumble on top of chilis. Pour jack and cheddar cheeses on top (layer it). Beat eggs and pour on top of cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.

Note- I used about half the amount of each cheese and baked it longer than 45 minutes, and it was GOOD.
