Stephanie's Dad's Lasagna

Large Version:

12 Lasagna Noodles
2 pounds of hamburger meat
2 jars of Tomato Basil spaghetti sauce
18-24 slices of mozerella (or shredded mozerella)
Parmesan Cheese
13x9 dish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water to a boil for the noodles (normally just eye how much water). When boiling, place the noodles in the water and cook for 10 minutes. Brown 2 pounds of hamburger meat. After the meat is browned, stir in the sauce and let it cook with the meat for a few minutes.

Place 4 lasagna noodles in the bottom of the 13x9 dish. Spread half of the meat/sauce over the noodles. Put 6-8 slices of mozerella over the meat/sauce. Place 4 more noodles over the cheese. Spread the other half of meat/sauce over the noodles. Put 6-8 slices of mozerella over the meat/sauce. Place 4 more noodles over the cheese. Top with another layer of 6-8 slices of mozerella.

Place the dish in the over to cook for 20-30 minutes until the top begins to slightly brown.

Sprinkle with parmesian cheese and enjoy!

Smaller Version:

6 Lasagna Noodles
1 pound of hamburger meat
1 jar of Tomato Basil spaghetti sauce
18 slices of mozerella (or shredded mozerella)
Parmesan Cheese
medium oval corningware dish

Place 3 lasagna noodles in the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the meat/sauce over the noodles. Put 6 slices of mozerella over the meat/sauce. Place 3 more noodles over the cheese. Spread the other half of meat/sauce over the noodles. Put 6 slices of mozerella over the meat/sauce. Place 3 more noodles over the cheese. Top with another layer of 6 slices of mozerella.

Place the dish in the over to cook for 20-30 minutes until the top begins to slightly brown.

Sprinkle with parmesian cheese and enjoy!
