Veg-All Casserole

This is one of my very favorite recipes from my Grandmother. It's so simple & easy, but delicious! This is a definite family favorite... especially at Thanksgiving:

1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese
1 can water chestnuts
1 can Veg-All (drained)

Mix together & put in casserole dish. Top with Better Cheddar crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
