Peanut Butter Pie

This is very simple, very rich & another favorite! I like to make this at Thanksgiving since I'm not a fan of pumpkin pie. It's always a big hit!

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup packed brown sugar
12 oz. whipped topping (or 16 oz. whipped topping if you are making two pies, see below)
1/2 stick of butter/margarine
1 cup creamy peanut butter
10-inch pie shell (or 2 Keebler chocolate crusts if you are making two pies, see below)

Cream butter & cream cheese together. Add brown sugar & cream. Add peanut butter & blend. Blend in whipped topping. This fills a 10-inch pie shell or 2 Keebler chocolate crusts if you use 16 oz. whipped topping. Refrigerate.

I'll bet Josh's family would love this one! I'll have to make it for them soon!
