This is one of Cody's favorite meals. I make it quite often because it is super easy also.
6-8 boneless 1 inch thick pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 TBS oil
1 can chicken and rice soup
Dredge chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Brown in oil. Place in crock pot. Pour soup over and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3 1/2 hours.
