1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup chopped peanuts, divided use
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. frozen whipped topping
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, butter, milk, egg, and 3/4 cup peanuts. Spread into greased 13 by 9 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 3 cups of frozen whipped topping. Spread over the crust. On top of this spread remaining frozen whipped topping. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting. 12-15 servings.
