The Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. Velveeta
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. pepper jack
2 cans Rotel
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Brown the meat. Place the meat in a crock pot. Add the Rotel, soup and diced up cheeses. Cook on high for one hour.
Other Options:
lean beef (there's already enough fat in this thing...)
flavored sausage (maple, spicy, etc)
replace pepper jack with cream cheese, mozzarella, etc.
spicy or flavored rotel (but it is really easy to get it too spicy for most people)
