Elva's Salsa Verde

Elva was a sweet lady at our church congregation in Kingsville, TX. She shared this recipe with my Dad, who has made it several times since. It's one of our family favorites:

1 lb. tomatillos
3 avocados
6 jalapenos
Salt to taste

Boil tomatillos & peppers until tender. Blend with cilantro & avocado. Salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips & enjoy!
