Apple Enchiladas

1 (21oz) can apple pie filling
6 (8-in) flour tortillas
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Spoon apple filling evenly down center of tortillas; sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up, place seam side down in lightly greased 2-qt bake dish.

Bring butter, sugar, light brown sugar and water to a boil in medium saucepan; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly 3 minutes. Pour over enchiladas; let stand 30 minutes

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

* I usually double the recipe and use a 9 x 12 bake dish.
