3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (16 oz) package frozen whole green beans
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup sweetened, dried cranberries
Bring first three ingredients to a boil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans and cook 5-7 minutes or to desired degree of doneness. Spoon green beans into a serving dish and sprinkle evenly with blue cheese, walnuts, and cranberries. Serve immediately.
Makes approximately 6 servings.

Skillet Green Beans, Tomatoes & Bacon

Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 1 hr 15 min
Makes: 8 servings
Ingredients:
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
COOK bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Transfer bacon with slotted spoon to paper towels to drain, reserving drippings in skillet.
ADD onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 6 min. or until lightly browned. Add beans, broth and pepper; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 40 min. or until beans are tender.
STIR in tomatoes; increase heat to medium-high. Cook 3 min. or until tomatoes are heated through. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.
