Mocha Punch

Coffee concentrate for Punch:
1 (2 oz.) jar of instant coffee
2 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
- Combine these three ingredients and chill ahead of time

1 gallon milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
2 cups whipping cream - whipped
Coffee concentrate

Combine all ingredients in punch bowl

Citrus Punch

4 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup cherry grenadine
2 cups pineapple juice
4 quarts ginger ale

* freeze additional ginger ale or pineapple juice in bundt pan for ice ring - you can even throw in some berries as well

Mocha Punch

2 oz. of instant coffee granules (make sure it's decaf for baby showers!)
2 C boiling water
1 C sugar
- combine these 3 ingredients, stir until well dissolved and chill

1 gallon whole milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream

Combine all in punch bowl.

You can use whipped whipping cream or spray whipped cream for around the top of the bowl or in each cup as you serve.
